Levels: Beginners through Advanced
Description:
An educational, hands-on week introducing campers to equine health and wellness. Campers learn about anatomy, feeding, soundness, and basic first aid alongside daily riding and horse care routines.
Waldorf Craft: Leatherwork & Horse Care Record Book
Campers complete a small leather project and create a Horse Care Record Book inspired by the U.S. Pony Club Horse Management Record.
For Kids:
Learn how to take care of horses like a vet, make a real horse record book, and ride every day.
Schedule:
Regular Campers: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Advanced Riders: Deeper learning and extended riding opportunities are available through our Jr Counselor apprenticeship (9:00 AM–3:00 PM), by readiness and instructor approval.
